Booking & Stay Policies
These apply to every direct booking. Anything not covered here, please ask us before you book.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from 1:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges; guaranteed early check-in and late check-out are available at an extra charge.
Children
Children up to 5 years may stay as per hotel policy; additional charges may apply. Guests aged 5 to 12 are booked as children in the reservation system.
Cancellation
Any cancellation within 15 days of arrival will attract a 100% retention charge. No-show bookings are charged in full under the same policy.
Taxes
Applicable government taxes are charged as per prevailing rules. GST is levied at 5% on room tariffs up to ₹7,500 per night.
Meal plans
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included only as per the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
Identification
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for every guest at check-in.
Extra occupancy
Extra adults and extra beds are subject to room availability and applicable charges.
Smoking
All rooms are smoke-free. The hotel is not pet friendly.
